Initial Disclosure Document

Key Facts about our Business and Services.

1. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)

The FCA is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services. Use this information to decide if our services are right for you.

2. Whose products we offer

We offer products for:

Mechanical Breakdown, Tyre and Alloy wheel insurance and SMART and Dent Insurance.

Insurer(s)/administrator: Assurant (Formerly known as TWG Services Ltd).

3. What service we will provide you with

We are a credit broker not a lender; we will, as required, assess your needs, and introduce you to a limited number of finance providers who offer a limited range of finance products. We are not an independent financial advisor. We will arrange a soft search of your credit file. The soft search will provide us with a credit score that will determine the interest rate and lender that we will use for your finance application. The soft search will show on your credit file but not be visible to other lenders and it will not affect their lending decisions. The soft search does not confirm that you will get finance.

Any lenders we use will conduct a full credit search to decide if they can offer you the finance. This search will show on your credit file and will be seen by other lenders. If the first lender is not able to offer you finance, we will try our other lenders, each of which may record a search on your credit file.
