Upon accepting this valuation, you agree to the following:

• This Vehicle has a current MOT.

• This Vehicle has NOT been subject of an insurance loss, has never been used as a taxi or for private hire, imported or used for driving school use or for any other commercial purposes.

• The vehicle is free from warning lights or mechanical defects.

• The vehicle has no evidence of any previous accident damage

• The mileage is correct and hasn't been altered or modified in any way.

• I am the registered owner and keeper of the vehicle and I have been so, for a minimum of 3 months, and in possession of the current V5 document.

• Commercial vehicle prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

• V5C/LOGBOOK in your name

• Utility bill matching name and address of V5C - We can accept the following as long as they are within the last 90 days - TV License, Gas, Electric or Water Bill, Council Tax (Annual statement), Mortgage Statement (Annual statement)

• Bank statement matching name and address of V5C dated within 90 days

• Driver’s license matching name and address of V5C

• All the service history you have for the vehicle, locking wheel nut, parcel shelf and any other factory items or accessories.

• Latest finance settlement letter (if your vehicle has finance)

We don’t charge any admin fees when we buy your car. Our team will offer you the best price for your car, and once a sale has been completed, the money will be transferred to your chosen bank account, and we’ll own the car outright.

You can bring your vehicle to either our showroom at Castle Donington or Sutton-In-Ashfield. Here our team will inspect your car to confirm its condition matches the condition information from your online valuation. Make sure your car is clean and tidy to avoid any delays. Our vehicle appraisals take around 30 minutes. You’ll need to bring all the relevant documentation to sell quickly.
